摘要: 目的:了解2021~2024年广东省内化妆品抽检通告中微生物指标不合格情况,分析化妆品微生物指标不合格原因,为化妆品卫生监管提供参考。方法:收集2021~2024年广东省药品监督管理局官网通告的化妆品抽样检验信息,对不合格的微生物指标进行统计。结果:2021~2024年广东省药监局发布的36期通告中,共计498批次不合格化妆品,有110批次(占22.09%)化妆品微生物指标超标,不合格项目主要为菌落总数超标(占64.55%),不合格样品主要集中为面膜类、普通护肤类和牙膏类。结论:应加强对监督抽样检验结果的统计分析,及时发现问题,以问题为导向,建立风险评估机制,加大对问题产品和问题企业的监督抽检力度,以保障人民群众的用妆安全。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the unqualified situation of microbial indicators in cosmetic sampling notices in Guangdong Province from 2021 to 2024, analyze the reasons for the unqualified microbial indicators of cosmetics, and provide reference for the health supervision of cosmetics. Methods: The sampling inspection information of cosmetics notified on the official website of Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration from 2021 to 2024 was collected, and the unqualified microbial indicators were statistically analyzed. Results: In the 36 notices issued by Guangdong Provincial Food and Drug Administration from 2021 to 2024, a total of 498 batches of unqualified cosmetics were issued, and 110 batches (22.09%) of cosmetics had excessive microbial indicators. The unqualified items were mainly the total number of colonies (64.55%), and the unqualified samples were mainly masks, ordinary skin care and toothpaste. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the statistical analysis of the results of supervised sampling inspection, find problems in time, establish a problem-oriented risk assessment mechanism, increase the supervision and sampling inspection of problem products and problem enterprises, so as to ensure the safety of people’s makeup.
