银发经济与健康中国双重视角下旅居养老适老化改造研究
Research on Aging-Friendly Modifications for Retirement Migration from the Dual Perspectives of the Silver Economy and Healthy China
摘要: 旅居养老适老化改造不仅关乎行业发展与消费升级，而且关乎老年人的健康福祉，并且有助于实现银发经济与国家社会的繁荣发展。本文采用文献研究法对我国适老化改造法规等相关法律进行分析，对旅居养老现状、老年人需求变化以及健康维度分析，得出：1) 国家高度关注老年群体的健康福祉与幸福晚年；2) 旅居养老适老化改造任务势在必行；3) 旅居养老适老化改造对老年群体生理、心理健康起到重要积极作用。旅居养老适老化改造是十分必要的，通过适老化改造能够实现旅居养老的高质量发展，同时也能促进银发经济的健康发展，为广大老年人提供安全、健康与幸福的旅居体验。
Abstract: The aging-friendly modifications in the retirement tourism industry is crucial for industry development and consumption upgrading, as well as for the health and well-being of the elderly, further contributing to the prosperity of the silver economy and national society. This paper employs the literature research method to analyze China’s aging-friendly renovation regulations and related legal provisions, examining the current state of the retirement tourism industry, changes in elderly needs, and health dimensions: 1) The state places high importance on the health, well-being, and happy later years of the elderly population; 2) The aging-friendly renovation in the retirement tourism industry is imperative; 3) Aging-friendly renovations in the retirement tourism industry play a significant positive role in the physical and mental health of the elderly.
