符教授整合针灸体系下八脉交会穴治疗情志病的选穴思路与临床实践

Thinking on Point Selection and Clinical Practice of Eight Confluent Points in the Treatment of Emotional Disorders under Professor Fu’s Integrated Acupuncture System

摘要: 八脉交会穴作为奇经八脉与十二正经的气血枢纽，兼具疏通经络、调和阴阳、调理气血之效，是针灸治疗情志病的关键穴位体系。符文彬教授基于“疏肝调神”针法与“心胆论治”技术，在整合针灸体系下运用八脉交会穴治疗情志病，形成“辨证定穴、病机配穴、动态调穴”的核心思路。本研究系统阐释该体系下八脉交会穴的选穴原则、辨证加减规律及动态调整策略，结合典型病例解析其在情志病中的具体应用，为该病的针灸临床治疗提供理论支撑与实操参考。

Abstract: As the vital hub for qi and blood communication between the Eight Extra Meridians and the Twelve Regular Meridians, the Eight Confluent Points possess the effects of dredging meridians, harmonizing yin and yang, and regulating qi and blood, serving as a key acupoint system in acupuncture treatment of emotional disorders. Based on the “liver-soothing and spirit-regulating” acupuncture method and the “heart-gallbladder regulating therapy,” Professor Fu Wenbin has developed a distinctive integrated acupuncture system. In the treatment of emotional disorders using the Eight Confluent Points under this system, he has formed the core thinking of “syndrome-differentiated point determination, pathogenesis-based point combination, and dynamic point adjustment.” This study systematically elaborates on the principles of point selection, rules of syndrome-differentiated modification, and strategies of clinical dynamic adjustment of the Eight Confluent Points within this system. Combined with typical clinical cases, it analyzes their specific application in emotional disorders, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the clinical acupuncture treatment of emotional disorders.
