ZJ119型卷烟机VE防粘落料活门设计与实现
Design and Implementation of the VE Anti-Sticking Feeding Gate for ZJ119 Cigarette Machine
摘要: 玉溪卷烟厂于2022年从常德烟机厂引进了一批新型智能卷烟机ZJ119型卷烟机,卷烟机设备生产过程中,物料供给由风力送丝系统完成,供丝机输送烟丝落到落料活门上,当卷烟机检测预分配器烟丝要求时,活门打开,落料完成后进行下一腔烟丝吸取。活门开闭一段时间后,会有烟丝堆积,造成落料活门关闭不到位,进而导致烟丝供给不足,造成停机。对此,对VE落料活门表面进行防粘设计,达到烟丝在活门表面无粘黏,开闭过程不会造成烟丝堆积,保证烟丝供给,降低故障停车时间,提升设备效率。
Abstract: In 2022, Yuxi Cigarette Factory imported a batch of new intelligent cigarette machines, the ZJ119 model, from Changde Cigarette Machinery Factory. During the production process, material supply is handled by a pneumatic feeding system. The feeding machine delivers tobacco shreds onto the feeding gate. When the cigarette machine detects the tobacco requirements from the pre-distributor, the gate opens, and after feeding, the next batch of tobacco is drawn in. After the gate has been open and closed for a period of time, tobacco shreds accumulate, causing the feeding gate to not close properly, resulting in insufficient tobacco supply and machine downtime. To address this, an anti-sticking design was implemented on the surface of the VE feeding gate to prevent tobacco shreds from sticking to the gate surface, thus preventing tobacco shreds from accumulating during opening and closing, ensuring tobacco supply, reducing downtime due to malfunctions, and improving equipment efficiency.
