基于客户画像的一站式智慧仓储服务模式创新研究
Research on Innovation of One-Stop Intelligent Warehousing Service Model Based on Customer Profile
摘要: 研究基于客户画像进行分析,探索一站式智慧仓储服务模式创新之路。通过对中小企业,存量客户及物流金融客户等核心需求和痛点进行梳理,建立差异化服务体系;围绕“三位一体”的平台架构,提出了售前支撑、服务交易和可视化管理三个层面的功能定位和创新价值。研究采用案例分析法对“智慧云仓”平台进行了实证研究,归纳了该平台在智能需求响应、属地协同、全面托管、轻量订单管理等方面的实践效果。结果发现数据驱动和智能协同构成了智慧仓储模式革新的关键驱动力,这一模式能够有效改善仓储资源配置效率和客户体验,对供应链数智化转型具有可复制性借鉴意义。
Abstract: Based on customer profiling analysis, this study explores the innovative path of one-stop smart warehousing service model. By sorting out the core needs and pain points of small and medium-sized enterprises, existing customers, and logistics and finance customers, establish a differentiated service system; Based on the “trinity” platform architecture, three levels of functional positioning and innovative value have been proposed: pre-sales support, service transactions, and visual management. The case analysis method was used to empirically study the “Smart Cloud Warehouse” platform, and the practical effects of the platform in intelligent demand response, local collaboration, comprehensive hosting, and lightweight order management were summarized. The results show that data-driven and intelligent collaboration constitute the key driving force for the innovation of the smart warehousing model. This model can effectively improve the efficiency of warehousing resource allocation and customer experience, and has replicable reference significance for the digital and intelligent transformation of the supply chain.
