摘要: 教师职业道德教育与舆情在教育体系中至关重要,两者的互动直接影响教育质量和社会稳定。信息技术的发展加速了舆情事件的发生,师德问题受到广泛关注。因此,构建教师师德教育与舆情的联动机制显得尤为重要。文章提出系统理论框架,探讨两者的相互作用及实现双向促进的良性循环,并分析师德教育内涵、舆情特点及影响因素,提出可操作的舆情管理方案,以支持教育管理者和政策制定者,推动教师职业道德与舆情的协同发展,提升教育系统的治理效能。
Abstract: Teachers’ professional ethics education and public opinion play pivotal roles in the education system, and their interaction directly impacts educational quality and social stability. The development of information technology has accelerated the emergence of public opinion incidents related to teachers’ ethics. Therefore, constructing a joint mechanism between teachers’ professional ethics education and public opinion has become particularly crucial. This paper proposes a systematic theoretical framework to explore the mutual interactions and bidirectional promotion between the two. It analyzes the connotations of teachers’ ethics education, characteristics of public opinion, and influencing factors, while presenting actionable public opinion strategies. The findings aim to support educators and policymakers in advancing the synergistic development of teachers’ professional ethics and public opinion, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the educational system.
