摘要: “十四五”收官在即，我国电网企业立足新发展阶段，需要科学谋划新时期发展方向，把握新机遇、应对新挑战、实现长远发展。随着“双碳”进程加速推进，能源电力行业正积极推动新型电力系统建设，离不开坚强有力的电网供应链的保驾护航。同时，产业链供应链安全、供应链绿色低碳、现代供应链发展等国家战略对未来供应链发展提出了新要求新挑战，电网企业需要研判内外形势变化，制定供应链发展目标、任务及路径，推动自身供应链管理水平迈上新台阶，支撑电网建设、服务经济社会高质量发展。本文将分析电网企业供应链发展面临的形势，总结供应链各类发展问题，辨明方向和路径，为新时期的电网供应链擘画发展蓝图。

Abstract: The 14th Five-Year Plan is coming to an end, and China’s power grid enterprises need to scientifically plan the development direction of the new era, seize new opportunities, respond to new challenges, and achieve long-term development based on the new development stage. With the acceleration of the “dual carbon” process, the energy and power industry are actively promoting the construction of new power systems, which cannot be separated from the strong and powerful protection of the power grid supply chain. At the same time, national strategies such as industrial chain and supply chain security, green and low-carbon supply chain projects, and modern supply chain development have put forward new requirements and challenges for future supply chain development. Power grid enterprises need to assess changes in internal and external situations, formulate supply chain development goals, tasks, and paths, promote their own supply chain management level to a new level, support power grid construction, and serve high-quality economic and social development. This article will analyze the situation faced by the supply chain development of power grid enterprises, summarize various development issues of the supply chain, identify directions and paths, and draw a development blueprint for the power grid supply chain in the new era.
