卷烟产品小盒烟垛输送、提升及推送机构的设计与开发
Design and Development of a Conveying, Lifting, and Pushing Mechanism for Cigarette Packets
摘要: 随着国内异型条盒卷烟发展迅速,品规数量迅速增加,且各品规之间条盒包装形式和外观尺寸之间存在着不小差异,商业批发量和品规数量增长率达到50%以上。预成型条盒包装卷烟将是高端卷烟的主要创新点之一,品规数量将不减反增。现有的上市销售的高端高档预成型条盒产品条盒尺寸及装盒方式,只能采用全手工装盒、自动化程度低,极大地降低了工作效率。本文针对卷烟工厂1-4-4-1排列的玉溪(中支翡翠)品规的卷烟产品设计开发了一套卷烟产品小盒烟垛输送、提升及推送机构。通过曲柄连杆小盒推送机构、小盒排列同步输送机构、烟垛提升机构和烟垛入盒推送机构的设计完成了整个卷烟产品小盒烟垛输送、提升及推送机构的搭建。最后通过实验验证该机构能够实现200包/分钟的小盒装填速度,且机构运行效率达到98%以上,卷烟产品小盒烟垛输送、提升及推送机构的设计满足使用要求。
Abstract: With the rapid development of irregularly shaped cigarette cartons in China, the number of specifications has increased rapidly, and there are significant differences in the packaging form and appearance dimensions between different specifications. The growth rate of commercial wholesale volume and the number of specifications has reached over 50%. Pre-formed carton packaging will be one of the main innovations in high-end cigarettes, and the number of specifications will increase rather than decrease. Currently, the carton dimensions and packing methods of high-end pre-formed carton products on the market can only be achieved through manual packing, with low automation, which greatly reduces work efficiency. This paper designs and develops a conveying, lifting, and pushing mechanism for cigarette packs of the Yuxi (Medium-Length Emerald) specification, arranged in a 1-4-4-1 configuration in a cigarette factory. The entire cigarette pack conveying, lifting, and pushing mechanism was constructed by designing a crank-connecting rod small box pushing mechanism, a small box synchronous conveying mechanism, a cigarette stack lifting mechanism, and a cigarette stack feeding and pushing mechanism. Finally, experiments verified that the mechanism can achieve a small box filling speed of 200 packs/minute, with an operating efficiency of over 98%. The design of the cigarette pack conveying, lifting, and pushing mechanism meets the usage requirements.
