乡村振兴背景下“五美服务”实践模式探索——以上海农林职业技术学院为例

Exploration of the “Five-Beauty Service” Practice Model in the Context of Rural Revitalization—A Case Study of Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry

摘要: 在国家乡村振兴战略与长三角一体化发展战略协同推进和上海市与安徽省六安市结对合作相关政策下，上海农林职业技术学院与安徽省六安市裕安区建立对口合作关系。作为上海唯一涉农高职院校，学院立足“农业 + 设计 + 数字”跨学科优势，围绕“设计赋美、文化育美、旅游促美、品牌铸美、传播致美”五大维度，构建“调研–设计–落地–赋能–成效转化”闭环服务模式，深度参与六安市裕安区乡村振兴实践，走出了涉农院校特色乡村振兴服务之路。本文系统阐释“五美服务”的实践路径与成效，在实践过程中，既积累了校地协同服务乡村振兴的经验，也直面实践中存在的问题，并提出解决方法。通过持续优化策略，探索乡村振兴提供可复制的实践范式，同时为涉农高校深化校地协同、服务乡村振兴提供理论参考与路径借鉴。

Abstract: Under the coordinated advancement of the national rural revitalization strategy and the Yangtze River Delta integration development initiative, along with the policy framework supporting paired cooperation between Shanghai and Lu’an City in Anhui Province, Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry has established a formal counterpart collaboration with Yu’an District, Lu’an City. As the only agricultural vocational institution in Shanghai, the college leverages its interdisciplinary strengths in “agriculture + design + digital” technologies to develop an integrated service model encompassing research, design, implementation, capacity building, and outcomes transformation. Centered on five strategic dimensions—design-driven beautification, cultural enrichment, tourism development, brand enhancement, and communication promotion—the college has actively engaged in rural revitalization efforts in Yu’an District, forging a distinctive pathway for agricultural higher education institutions to contribute to rural development. This paper systematically outlines the practical approaches and achievements of the “Five Beauties Service” initiative. Through this collaboration, the college has not only accumulated valuable experience in school-local cooperative mechanisms but also identified challenges encountered during implementation and proposed corresponding solutions. By continuously refining its strategies, the initiative aims to establish a replicable and scalable model for rural revitalization, while offering theoretical insights and actionable pathways for other agricultural institutions seeking to strengthen regional partnerships and support rural revitalization.
