针灸治疗小儿疳证的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress on Acupuncture Treatment for Infantile Malnutrition Syndrome

摘要: 小儿疳证是以形体消瘦、面黄发枯、精神萎靡或烦躁、饮食异常、大便不调为主要特征的儿科常见慢性营养障碍性疾病。针灸疗法因其操作简便、副作用小、患儿依从性相对较高，成为治疗本病的重要手段。结果表明，针灸疗法能有效改善患儿食欲、消化吸收功能，促进体重增长，调节免疫功能，疗效确切且安全性良好，尤以多种疗法综合应用效果更佳。但许多研究存在样本量偏小、多中心合作研究匮乏的问题，这限制了研究结论的普遍适用性和说服力。未来研究需加强大样本、多中心、高质量随机对照试验(RCT)，深入探索其作用机制，优化治疗方案。

Abstract: Infantile malnutrition syndrome is a common chronic nutritional disorder in pediatrics characterized by emaciation, yellow and dry face, listlessness or irritability, abnormal diet, and irregular stool. Acupuncture therapy has become an important means of treating this disease because of its simple operation, small side effects, and relatively high compliance of children. The results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the appetite, digestion and absorption function, promote weight gain, and regulate immune function of children with definite curative effect and good safety, especially the comprehensive application of multiple therapies has a better effect. However, many studies suffer from issues such as small sample sizes and a lack of multi-center collaborative research, which limit the general applicability and persuasiveness of research conclusions. Future research needs to strengthen large-sample, multi-center, high-quality randomized controlled trials (RCT), deeply explore its mechanism of action, and optimize treatment options.
