组织韧性研究综述
A Literature Review of Organizational Resilience
摘要: 本文综述了组织韧性的概念、影响因素及其结果效应。组织韧性被定义为组织在面对意外中断时预防、应对、恢复和业务连续性的能力。国内外研究从多角度探讨了影响组织韧性的因素,包括创业导向、组织学习、知识管理等,并指出组织韧性对企业生存、技术创新和绿色可持续发展的积极影响。研究还发现,组织韧性是一个多因素影响的复杂现象,涉及组织内部和外部环境的多个方面。本文总结了当前研究的局限性,并对未来研究方向提出了展望。
Abstract: This article reviews the concept of organizational resilience, its influencing factors, and its resulting effects. Organizational resilience is defined as an organization’s ability to prevent, respond, recover and maintain business continuity in the face of unexpected disruptions. Domestic and foreign research has explored the factors affecting organizational resilience from multiple perspectives, including entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning, knowledge management, etc., and pointed out the positive impact of organizational resilience on corporate survival, technological innovation and green and sustainable development. The study also found that organizational resilience is a complex phenomenon influenced by multiple factors, involving multiple aspects of the organization’s internal and external environment. This article summarizes the limitations of the current research and provides prospects for future research directions.
