基于CiteSpace应用中医外治法干预偏头痛临床研究热点及趋势分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in Clinical Studies on the Intervention of Traditional Chinese External Therapies for Migraine Based on CiteSpace Application

摘要: 目的：利用CiteSpace软件对近30年中医外治法干预偏头痛进行可视化分析，了解该领域的发展过程、研究热点及趋势。方法：在中国知网(CNKI)中检索1995年1月1日至2025年12月31日中医外治法干预偏头痛的文献，来源类别选择核心期刊，Refworks格式导出，利用CiteSpaceV进行文献计量、合作作者、机构、关键词的可视化分析。结果：共纳入394篇文献，发文量分别在2004年及2021年达高峰；发文量在6篇以上的高产作者有10名，发文量最多者为梁繁荣；发文量在3篇以上的科研机构有18家，以成都中医药大学针灸推拿学院的发文量为最多；通过对主题词分析发现随机对照试验、针刺、针灸、名医经验和功能连接等是该病的研究热点。结论：对该病的研究，还需加强多学者、多机构的合作，拓宽其他干预偏头痛的中医外治法，从微观、宏观多角度进行研究，以传统中医干预偏头痛的临床疗效。

Abstract: Objective: To conduct a visual analysis of migraine intervention using external therapies in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) over the past 30 years utilizing CiteSpace software, aiming to understand the developmental trajectory, research hotspots, and trends in this field. Methods: Literature on migraine intervention through TCM external therapies published between January 1, 1995, and December 31, 2025, was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, with core journals selected as the source category. Data were exported in Refworks format and analyzed using CiteSpaceV for bibliometric, co-author, institutional, and keyword visual analyses. Results: A total of 394 articles were included, with publication peaks observed in 2004 and 2021. Ten prolific authors published more than six articles each, with Liang Fanrong being the most prolific. Eighteen research institutions published more than three articles each, with the Acupuncture and Moxibustion College of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine contributing the most. Thematic analysis revealed that randomized controlled trials, acupuncture, moxibustion, expert experiences, and functional connectivity are the primary research hotspots in this area. Conclusion: Future research should enhance collaboration among multiple scholars and institutions, broaden the scope of TCM external therapies for migraine intervention, and conduct studies from both micro and macro perspectives to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional TCM interventions for migraine.
