摘要: 青少年体质健康问题日益受到重视。本文以陆丰市林启恩纪念中学2022年至2024年高中生体质健康测试数据为样本,采用数理统计与比较分析法,系统地探讨了该校学生在身体形态、身体机能及身体素质三个维度的现状及变化趋势。研究显示,学生BMI指数逐年上升,超重肥胖问题凸显;肺活量、耐力跑等机能指标呈下降趋势,尤以新冠疫情后下滑显著;力量与柔韧性项目表现两极分化,优秀率大幅降低。本文从社会、学校、家庭及个人四个方面提出对策,包括营造全民健身社会氛围、强化学校体育主导作用、构建家校合作培育机制和激发学生自主锻炼意识,以期为提升高中生体质健康水平提供科学依据,并为相关政策制定与实践干预提供参考。
Abstract: The physical health of student physical health has gained increasing attention. This paper takes the physical health test data of high school students from Lin Qi’en Memorial High School in Lufeng City from 2022 to 2024 as the research sample. Using mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, it systematically examines their current status and influencing factors from three aspects: body shape, function, and fitness. The study shows that students’ BMI has been rising year by year, highlighting the problem of overweight and obesity; lung capacity and endurance running indicators have shown a downward trend, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic; strength and flexibility performance have become polarized, with a significant decrease in excellence rates. In response to these issues, this paper proposes countermeasures from four dimensions: society, schools, families and individuals. These include creating social atmosphere for all-round fitness, strengthening the leading role of school sports, establishing home-school cooperation cultivation mechanism, and stimulating students’ awareness of autonomous exercise. Its scientific evidence will be provided to enhance the physical health of high school students, and it will offer references for policy formulation and practical interventions.
