泰国护理哲学博士课程设置及对我国的启示——以清迈大学护理学院为例

摘要: 本文以泰国清迈大学护理学院的护理哲学博士项目为例,重点介绍该校护理博士项目的培养目标、申请条件、课程设置和考核制度等内容,此外还探讨了该项目对我国护理博士培养的启示,并从课程设置、思维能力、文化能力、领导力几个方面提出了发展建议,旨在推动我国护理博士教育的提升与发展。
Abstract: Taking the doctoral program of nursing philosophy in the School of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, Thailand as an example, this paper focuses on the training objectives, application conditions, curriculum arrangement and assessment system of the doctoral program of nursing, and discusses the enlightenment of the program to the cultivation of doctoral nursing in China, and puts forward development suggestions from the aspects of curriculum arrangement, thinking ability, cultural ability and leadership, aiming at promoting the promotion and development of doctoral nursing education in China.
