高职生心理健康与家庭功能的关联探析——基于《家庭教育促进法》的视角

摘要: 高职生作为我国高等教育和技能人才培养的重要组成部分,其心理健康水平关乎国家职业教育高质量发展。相较于普通高校学生,高职生面临更大的社会认同压力与学业挑战,其心理健康问题表现出一定的特殊性。本文旨在剖析当前高职生群体中常见的心理健康现状,并深入探讨家庭功能(包括家庭系统、教养方式、家庭氛围、亲子关系及家庭教育资本等)通过何种机制对其产生影响。结合《家庭教育促进法》的施行与“双减”背景下强化家校社协同育人的精神,本文提出从家庭、学校、社会三个层面构建干预与支持体系,通过提升家庭功能有效性来缓解高职生心理压力,增强其心理弹性,为其健康成长与技能成才奠定坚实的心理基础。
Abstract: As an important part of higher education and skilled talent cultivation in China, the mental health of vocational college students is crucial to the high-quality development of national vocational education. Compared with students in regular universities, vocational college students face greater socio-identity pressures and academic challenges, making their mental health issues particularly distinctive. This paper aims to analyze the current mental health status of vocational college students and explore the mechanisms through which family functioning—including family systems, parenting styles, family atmosphere, parent-child relationships, and family education capital—affects their psychological well-being. In light of the implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law and the emphasis on home-school-community collaborative education under the “Double Reduction” policy, this study proposes intervention and support systems at the family, school, and societal levels. By enhancing the effectiveness of family functioning, it seeks to alleviate psychological stress among vocational college students, strengthen their resilience, and lay a solid psychological foundation for their healthy growth and skill development.
