吴克明教授用新加苁蓉菟丝子汤治疗不孕症临证经验

Professor Wu Keming’s Experience in Treating Infertility with Xinjia Congrong Tusizi Decoction

摘要: 不孕症(Infertility)作为生殖系统功能障碍性疾病，现代医学主要采取对症治疗，但部分患者仍面临妊娠失败等难题。本文介绍名老中医吴克明教授采用中西医结合诊疗不孕症的临证经验。吴克明教授在临床中遵循“先辨病，次辨证，再议法，后议药”的诊疗思路，灵活运用新加苁蓉菟丝子汤，补肾益精、养血活血，改善性激素水平紊乱，促进卵泡健康发育与成熟，延缓生殖系统衰老进程，实现调经助孕目的。

Abstract: As a disorder of the reproductive system, infertility is primarily managed with targeted medical interventions in modern medicine; however, some patients still experience unresolved challenges, such as recurring pregnancy complications. This article delineates the clinical management experience for infertility developed by Professor Wu Keming, a distinguished TCM expert, through the integration of Chinese and Western medical approaches. Professor Wu Keming follows the diagnostic and treatment approach of “first identifying the disease, then differentiating the syndrome, next determining the therapeutic strategy, and finally tailoring medicinal” in clinical practice. Dynamically employing the Xinjia Congrong Tusizi Decoction, Professor Wu regulates sex-hormone homeostasis through kidney essence replenishment and blood-nourishing/stasis-resolving effects, thereby fostering follicular development/maturation while attenuating reproductive senescence to achieve menstrual-cycle transcription and fertility promotion.
