延续性护理配合体位指导对脑卒中后 吞咽障碍病人吞咽功能、并发症、 生活质量的影响

The Impact of Continuous Nursing Care Combined with Posture Guidance on Swallowing Function, Complications, and Quality of Life in Patients with Post-Stroke Dysphagia

摘要: 目的：分析脑卒中后吞咽障碍(PSD)患者应用延续性护理联合体位指导的作用。方法：选取2025年1月至2025年11月期间至我院就诊的48例PSD患者。应用Excel表格分组法均分为基础组(常规护理干预)、研究组(延续性护理联合体位指导)，n = 24。组间对比吞咽功能、并发症发生情况和生活质量。结果：研究组吞咽功能和生活质量均高于基础组(P < 0.05)；研究组并发症发生率低于基础组(P < 0.05)。结论：延续性护理联合体位指导能够改善PSD患者的吞咽功能，减少并发症发生，提高生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of continuous nursing combined with posture guidance in patients with post-stroke dysphagia. Methods: 48 patients with PSD who were admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to November 2025 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups by Excel table: the basic group (conventional nursing intervention) and the research group (continuing nursing combined with posture guidance), n = 24. The swallowing function, complications, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The study group exhibited higher swallowing function and quality of life compared to the control group (P < 0.05), while the incidence of complications was lower in the study group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing combined with posture guidance can improve swallowing function, reduce complications, and enhance the quality of life in patients with post-stroke dysphagia.
