早期康复训练联合叙事护理对改善脑梗死偏瘫患者心理状态和肢体功能的作用

The Effect of Early Rehabilitation Training Combined with Narrative Nursing on Improving the Psychological State and Limb Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

摘要: 目的：研究早期康复训练与叙事护理相结合对于脑梗死偏瘫患者心理状态以及肢体功能所产生的改善成效，为临床护理方案的优化给予参考。方法：在2024年10月至2025年10月期间于本院选取了58例患者，其中对照组有29例接受常规护理，而实验组的29例患者则接受早期康复训练联合叙事护理，之后对两组患者的上下肢FMA评分、干预前后的NIHSS评分以及焦虑抑郁评分进行了比较。结果：干预前两组患者各指标无差异；干预后实验组上下肢FMA评分高于对照组，NIHSS评分、焦虑抑郁评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：早期康复训练结合叙事护理可有效地改善脑梗死偏瘫患者的心理状况，提高其肢体运动功能，在临床护理中有推广应用的价值。

Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to investigate the improvement effect of early rehabilitation training combined with narrative nursing on the psychological state and limb function of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia, and to provide reference for the optimization of clinical nursing plans. Method: From October 2024 to October 2025, 58 patients were selected from our hospital. Among them, 29 patients in the control group received routine care, while 29 patients in the experimental group received early rehabilitation training combined with narrative care. Afterwards, the upper and lower limb FMA scores, NIHSS scores before and after intervention, and anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were compared. Result: There was no difference in various indicators between the two groups of patients before intervention; After intervention, the FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while the NIHSS scores and anxiety and depression scores were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation training combined with narrative nursing can effectively improve the psychological condition of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia, enhance their limb motor function, and have value for promotion and application in clinical nursing.
