基于智能技术的高校循环商品交易共享平台构建与实践

Construction and Practice of an Intelligent Technology-Based Circular Commodity Trading and Sharing Platform in Universities

摘要: 现如今，在“双碳”目标与共享经济融合发展的政策之下，发展高校校园资源循环利用与服务数字化升级是落实绿色发展理念的关键做法。目前高校普遍存在着一些问题，例如：二手资源流通不顺畅、校园服务的供给和学生需求不匹配、信息传递不够通畅。针对这些问题，本文提出构建“智能循环商品交易共享平台”的解决方案。平台主要围绕二手资源为核心，借助政策支持与数字化技术，结合学校各方资源，以多业务服务能力为基础，通过利用数字技术使线上传递和线下体验结合，明确平台各项工作的流程和逻辑，并为高校创新发展和育人工作提供参考。

Abstract: Under the integrated development policy of the “dual carbon” goal and the sharing economy, promoting the recycling of university campus resources and the digital upgrading of services is a key practice to implement the concept of green development. Currently, universities generally face issues such as unsmooth circulation of second-hand resources, mismatches between the supply of campus services and students’ needs, and inefficient information dissemination. To address these problems, this paper proposes a solution of building an “Intelligent Circular Commodity Trading and Sharing Platform”. Centered on second-hand resources, the platform leverages policy support and digital technologies, integrates various school resources, and is based on multi-service capabilities. By combining online transmission and offline experience through digital technologies, it clarifies the processes and logic of various platform operations, providing reference for the innovative development and talent cultivation of universities.
