早期康复护理在老年脑梗死患者肢体功能及认知功能改善中的价值

The Value of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Improving Limb Function and Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘要: 目的：研究老年脑梗死患者应用早期康复护理的效果。方法：纳入2024年11月至2025年11月医院神经内科接收的46例老年脑梗死患者，按随机数字表法进行分组，23例行常规护理的患者设为常规组，另23例行早期康复护理的患者设为干预组。对两组患者的肢体功能、神经功能与认知功能进行对比分析。结果：护理后，干预组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分表评分高于常规组(P < 0.05)；干预组患者的美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分低于常规组(P < 0.05)；干预组患者的蒙特利尔认知量表评分高于常规组(P < 0.05)。结论：早期康复护理能够提高老年脑梗死患者的肢体功能，促进神经功能恢复，同时改善认知功能。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Method: 46 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to the neurology department of the hospital from November 2024 to November 2025 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. 23 patients who received routine nursing were assigned to the routine group, and 23 patients who received early rehabilitation nursing were assigned to the intervention group. The limb function, neurological function, and cognitive function between two groups of patients are comparatively analyzed. Result: After nursing, the Fugl Meyer motor function score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05); The Montreal Cognitive Scale scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing can improve limb function, promote neurological recovery, and improve cognitive function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
