Analysis of the Predicaments and Countermeasures of E-Commerce in Promoting Rural Revitalization in the Digital Economy Era

摘要: 数字经济时代，电商凭借其高效的资源配置与市场联通能力，成为推动乡村振兴的重要引擎。本文分析了电商在促进乡村产业升级、拓宽农民增收渠道、优化乡村治理等方面的现实意义，同时指出其在基础设施、数字人才、品牌建设与市场监管等方面面临的困境。在此基础上，提出加强数字基建与智慧物流、构建多层次人才培养机制、推动农产品品牌化与标准化建设等对策，以促进电商更好赋能乡村振兴，实现农业农村现代化。

Abstract: In the era of the digital economy, e-commerce has emerged as a vital engine for advancing rural revitalization, leveraging its capabilities in efficient resource allocation and extensive market connectivity. This article examines the practical significance of e-commerce in driving the modernization and transformation of rural industries, expanding channels for farmers’ income generation, and enhancing the effectiveness of rural governance. It also identifies key challenges hindering its development, including inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of digital talent, underdeveloped brand building, and insufficient market supervision. Based on this analysis, the study proposes targeted countermeasures, such as strengthening digital infrastructure and intelligent logistics systems, establishing a multi-tiered mechanism for talent cultivation and retention, and promoting the branding and standardization of agricultural products. These recommendations aim to enhance the role of e-commerce in empowering rural revitalization and contribute to the broader goal of modernizing agriculture and rural areas.
