摘要: 随着电子商务的迅猛发展，在带来便捷交易与经济增长的同时，也引发了资源浪费、环境污染等严峻的环境挑战。电子商务绿色转型已成为行业可持续发展的必然选择，而法治则是保障这一转型有序推进的关键路径。本文通过分析电子商务绿色转型的法治需求，提出协调治理和完善电子商务绿色转型法治路径的具体建议，旨在为电子商务绿色转型提供系统性法律解决方案。

Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce, while bringing about convenient transactions and economic growth, it has also triggered severe environmental challenges such as resource wastage and environmental pollution. The green transformation of e-commerce has become an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of the industry, and the rule of law serves as the crucial path to ensure the orderly advancement of this transformation. By analyzing the legal demands for the green transformation of e-commerce, this paper proposes specific suggestions for coordinated governance and improving the legal path for the green transformation of e-commerce, aiming to provide a systematic legal solution for the green transformation of e-commerce.
