基于CiteSpace的中医护理在肺癌患者中的应用研究及可视化分析

Application Research and Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Patients with Lung Cancer Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的：分析中医护理和肺癌的相关中文文献，了解中医护理在肺癌治疗中的应用研究领域的研究进展与热点，为进一步开展相关研究提供依据。方法：通过检索中国知网(CNKI)学术期刊中从建库到2024年12月7日收录的关于中医护理在肺癌治疗中的应用研究的相关文献，采用CiteSpace6.R6软件对发文量、发文作者、发文机构、发文内容进行可视化分析。结果：共检索到161篇学术论文，其发文量总体呈不断增长后继续下降，中国中医药现代远程教育、实用临床护理学电子杂志、光明中医和中西医结合护理(中英文)是刊文量最多的期刊。作者以赵熙、李艳、曹虹丽、韦天凤等为代表的研究团队在该研究领域中较为活跃。发文最多的研究机构，广州中医药大学、南京中医药大学、中国医科大学、江苏省中医院等研究机构在该领域具有较强的研究实力。结论：国内对此领域研究取得了一定的进展，但研究的广度和深度不够。对肺癌患者实施中医护理治疗后的生活质量、不良反应、睡眠质量等方面的深入研究是未来的研究趋势。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the related Chinese literature of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and lung cancer, and to understand the research progress and hot spots of the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of lung cancer, so as to provide basis for further research. Methods: By searching the relevant literature on the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of lung cancer in CNKI academic journals from the establishment of the database to December 7, 2024, the CiteSpace6.R6 software was used to visually analyze the number of publications, authors, institutions and contents. Results: A total of 161 academic papers were retrieved, and the number of published papers continued to decline after an overall increase. China Modern Distance Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Electronic Journal of Practical Clinical Nursing, Bright Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing (Chinese and English) were the journals with the largest number of published papers. The author’s research team represented by Zhao Xi, Li Yan, Cao Hongli and Wei Tianfeng is more active in this research field. The research institutions with the most publications, such as Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, China Medical University and Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, have strong research strength in this field. Conclusion: Domestic research in this field has made some progress, but the breadth and depth of research are not enough. The in-depth study on the quality of life, adverse reactions and sleep quality of patients with lung cancer after TCM nursing treatment is the future research trend.
