电商业务波动期快递企业绩效弹性响应机制与成本效益平衡研究
A Study on Performance Elasticity Response Mechanisms and Cost-Benefit Balance of Express Enterprises during E-Commerce Demand Fluctuations
摘要: 电商业务具有高频波动特征,使快递企业在资源投入与服务质量上承受压力。构建绩效弹性响应体系有助于在不稳定需求下维持运行效率,通过业务波动识别、运营调节、资源协同与质量维护形成动态适应能力。在数据驱动的框架下,预测模型与订单管理提升前置决策精度,优化高峰期承载结构。成本约束促使企业关注投入边界与效益差异,多维评估体系揭示弹性策略成效并推动流程优化与资源再分配。持续改进机制增强系统韧性,支撑快递企业在竞争环境中保持稳定高效运行。
Abstract: E-commerce demand shows high-frequency volatility, exerting persistent pressure on express firms’ resources and service quality. A performance elasticity response system helps sustain operational efficiency under unstable demand by enabling adaptation through fluctuation detection, operational adjustment, resource coordination, and quality control. In a data-driven framework, forecasting models and order-management tools improve early decisions and optimize peak-period capacity. Cost constraints guide firms to consider input limits and marginal gains, while a multidimensional evaluation system clarifies elasticity strategy outcomes and supports process optimization and resource reallocation. Ongoing refinement strengthens system resilience, allowing express enterprises to maintain stable and efficient operations in competitive markets.
