摘要: 随着国际贸易的发展，全球发展的主题已转变为如何进行资源环境管理。大数据、物联网、人工智能等数字化创新技术在资源、环境等问题的解决上发挥了重要的作用。数字化创新有利于提高资源的利用率，减少浪费，保护环境、推动绿色国际贸易。因此，文章深入剖析了资源环境管理数字化的过程中面临的问题与数字化创新的意义，并提出了技术应用、政策合作、数据保护等方面的策略和对策。

Abstract: With the development of international trade, the theme of global development has shifted to how to manage resources and the environment. Digital innovation technologies such as big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence have played a significant role in addressing issues related to resources and the environment. Digital innovation is conducive to improving resource utilization, reducing waste, protecting the environment, and promoting green international trade. Therefore, this article deeply analyzes the problems faced in the process of digitalizing resource and environmental management and the significance of digital innovation, and proposes strategies and countermeasures in terms of technology application, policy cooperation, and data protection.
