临床护士叙事护理知识态度行为与人文关怀品质的相关性研究
A Study on the Correlation between Clinical Nurses’ Narrative Nursing Knowledge, Attitudes, Practices, and Humanistic Care Competence
摘要: 目的：探讨临床护士叙事护理知识态度行为与人文关怀品质的现状及其相互关系，为建构临床护士人文关怀品质提升方案提供借鉴。方法：采用便利抽样法，选取延吉市3家医院的421名临床护士作为研究对象，使用一般资料调查表、叙事护理知识态度行为问卷及人文关怀品质量表进行线上问卷调查。采用SPSS 27.0软件进行数据分析。结果：临床护士叙事护理知识态度行为和人文关怀品质总分均处于中等水平，分别为(83.62 ± 16.11)分、(113.09 ± 24.92)分，二者呈正相关(r = 0.511, P < 0.01)；年龄、第一学历、是否愿意从事护理工作、是否知晓叙事医学或叙事护理、叙事护理知识态度行为是临床护士人文关怀品质的主要预测因素(F = 34.812，P < 0.001，调整后R2 = 0.287)。结论：临床护士叙事护理知识态度行为与人文关怀品质水平仍待进一步提高，二者密切相关。护理管理者应通过强化护士叙事护理核心能力，推动人文关怀品质的持续提升，为建立高质量临床护理服务模式奠定基础。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the current status of clinical nurses’ knowledge, attitude, and behavior regarding narrative nursing and their humanistic care quality, as well as the interrelationships between them, in order to provide a reference for developing strategies to enhance the humanistic care quality of clinical nurses. Methods: Using convenience sampling, 421 clinical nurses from three hospitals in Yanji City were recruited. Online surveys were conducted using the General Information Questionnaire, the Narrative Nursing Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior Questionnaire, and the Humanistic Care Quality Scale. Data were analyzed with SPSS 27.0 software. Results: The total scores for clinical nurses’ narrative nursing knowledge, attitude, and behavior and their humanistic care quality were both at moderate levels, scoring (83.62 ± 16.11) and (113.09 ± 24.92) points, respectively. A positive correlation was found between the two (r = 0.511, P < 0.01). Age, initial education degree, willingness to engage in nursing work, awareness of narrative medicine/nursing, and narrative nursing knowledge, attitude, and behavior were the main predictors of clinical nurses’ humanistic care quality (F = 34.812, P < 0.001, adjusted R2 = 0.287). Conclusion: The levels of clinical nurses’ narrative nursing knowledge, attitude, and behavior and their humanistic care quality require further improvement. These aspects are closely related. Nursing managers should enhance nurses’ core competencies in narrative nursing to promote the continuous improvement of humanistic care quality, thereby laying the groundwork for establishing a high-quality clinical nursing service model.
