电商企业灵活用工模式对薪酬激励体系的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Flexible Employment Model on Compensation and Incentive System in E-Commerce Enterprises
摘要: 电商企业业务波动性强,传统固定用工模式难以适应市场需求,灵活用工成为重要选择。灵活用工模式改变传统雇佣关系,对薪酬激励体系产生深层影响。当前电商企业薪酬激励实践面临薪酬支付方式滞后、激励覆盖出现断层、绩效评价标准缺失、成本压力削弱投入等困境。针对上述问题,电商企业需创新薪酬支付模式匹配多元用工形态,拓展激励覆盖体系实现全员激励,建立统一评价标准规范绩效考核,优化成本配置机制强化激励投入,从而构建适应灵活用工特征的薪酬激励体系,推动企业人力资源管理效能提升。
Abstract: E-commerce enterprises experience strong business fluctuations, and traditional fixed employment models struggle to adapt to market demands, making flexible employment an important choice. The flexible employment model transforms traditional employment relationships and exerts profound impacts on compensation and incentive systems. Currently, compensation and incentive practices in e-commerce enterprises face difficulties including lagging payment methods, gaps in incentive coverage, absence of performance evaluation standards, and cost pressures weakening investment. To address these issues, e-commerce enterprises need to innovate payment models to match diverse employment forms, expand incentive coverage systems to achieve comprehensive employee motivation, establish unified evaluation standards to standardize performance assessment, and optimize cost allocation mechanisms to strengthen incentive investment, thereby constructing compensation and incentive systems adapted to flexible employment characteristics and promoting the enhancement of enterprise human resource management effectiveness.
