杭州市30分钟职业技能培训圈的市民满意度分析
Satisfaction Assessment of Hangzhou’s 30-Minute Vocational Skills Training Circle
摘要: 本文基于问卷调查全面分析了市民对杭州市“30分钟职业技能培训圈”的认知现状、参与意愿及满意度。结果显示,市民对培训补贴政策的知晓度较高,但对居住地附近培训点的实际感知不足,存在明显的“最后一公里”问题。市民整体参与意愿较强,但实际参训率偏低,反映出培训供给与需求之间仍存在错位。课程内容匹配度、证书认可度与就业对接是吸引参训的关键因素,而课程吸引力不足、质量担忧、交通不便和经济支持有限是主要阻碍。Logistic回归表明,性别、政策及居民对培训圈的了解度对满意度具有显著影响。模糊综合评价结果显示居民总体满意度处于“较满意”水平,其中培训费用合理性、课程丰富度和师资条件贡献突出。
Abstract: Based on a questionnaire survey, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of citizens’ awareness, willingness to participate, and satisfaction regarding Hangzhou’s “30‑Minute Vocational Skills Training Circle”. The results show that while public awareness of training subsidy policies is relatively high, there is a noticeable lack of perceived accessibility to nearby training locations, indicating a clear “last‑mile” problem. Although the overall willingness to participate is strong, actual training attendance remains low, reflecting a mismatch between training supply and demand. Key factors motivating participation include course relevance, credential recognition, and employment linkages. Major barriers include unappealing course content, concerns about quality, inconvenient transportation, and limited financial support. Logistic regression indicates that gender, awareness of policies and the training circle significantly affect satisfaction. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results show that overall satisfaction is at a “relatively satisfied” level, with reasonable training costs, course diversity, and instructor quality being the most contributing factors.
