摘要: 本文旨在系统诠释《道德经》中的矛盾思想，提出并论证其并非零散格言，而是一个由本体论、规律论与实践论构成的三维逻辑体系。本体层面，“万物负阴而抱阳”揭示了矛盾双方互为其根、共生共存的结构性真相；规律层面，“反者道之动”阐明了事物向对立面转化及循环运动的必然法则；实践层面，“知雄守雌”则提炼出一种主动持守柔弱、防范物极、以实现动态平衡与长久发展的生存智慧。三者环环相扣，形成了一个从认知世界根本结构、把握其运动规律，到最终落实为高明处世艺术的完整思想架构，深刻体现了老子哲学洞察矛盾、运用规律以达致“长生久视”的核心精神。

Abstract: This paper aims to systematically interpret the dialectical thought in the “Dao De Jing”, arguing and demonstrating that it is not a collection of isolated aphorisms, but rather a three-dimensional logical framework composed of ontology, laws of motion, and practical philosophy. At the ontological level, “All things carry yin and embrace yang” reveals the structural truth that opposing forces are mutually grounded and coexist interdependently. At the level of laws, “Reversal is the movement of Dao” elucidates the inevitable principle that things inevitably transform into their opposites and undergo cyclical motion. At the practical level, “Knowing strength yet holding to gentleness” distills a wisdom for survival—proactively embracing weakness, avoiding extremes, and achieving dynamic balance and sustainable development. These three dimensions are intricately connected, forming a complete intellectual structure that progresses from understanding the fundamental structure of reality and grasping its laws of motion to ultimately embodying an advanced art of living. This reflects profoundly Laozi’s philosophical spirit: perceiving contradictions, mastering natural laws to attain “longevity and enduring vision.”
