桌面推演教学法对实习护生在心搏骤停团队演练中的应用效果分析

摘要: 目的:探讨桌面推演教学法对实习护生在心搏骤停团队演练中的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2023年5月至2025年9月我院急诊科150名护理实习生,应用随机分组法将学生分为观察组与对照组,两组分别75例。对照组应用传统教学方法,观察组在传统教学方法的基础上应用桌面推演教学法,比较两组出科考核成绩、心搏骤停救治能力评分及带教满意度。结果:观察组出科考核理论成绩、实践操作成绩均优于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组心搏骤停救治能力各维度评分均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组带教满意度高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:桌面推演教学法在实习护生心搏骤停团队演练中的应用效果确切,能够促进学生理论知识水平、实操能力及心搏骤停救治能力的全面提升,且学生对带教模式的满意度高。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of the desktop simulation teaching method in cardiac arrest team drills for nursing interns. Methods: The study subjects were 150 nursing interns in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2023 to September 2025. They were randomly divided into an observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the observation group received the desktop simulation teaching method in addition to the traditional teaching methods. The completion assessment scores, cardiac arrest rescue competency scores, and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The theoretical and practical operation scores of the completion assessment in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). All dimension scores of cardiac arrest rescue competency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The desktop simulation teaching method demonstrates a definite application effect in cardiac arrest team drills for nursing interns. It can promote the comprehensive improvement of students’ theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and cardiac arrest rescue competency, with high student satisfaction regarding the teaching model.
