摘要: 教师业务档案是高校档案的重要组成部分，在数字化档案的发展趋势下，如何进行教师业务档案的数字化管理，是高校面临的一个难题，各高校要认识到业务档案数字化管理的重要意义，克服困难，多措并举地实施教师业务档案的数字化建设和管理。

Abstract: The teachers’ business archives are an important part of the university archives. Under the trend of digitalization in archives, how to carry out the digital management of teachers’ business archives is a challenge that universities are facing. All universities should recognize the significant importance of digital management of teachers’ business archives, overcome difficulties, and adopt multiple measures to implement the digital construction and management of teachers’ business archives.
