基于赋权的护理学生道德勇气培训方案的实践研究

摘要: 目的:构建基于赋权理论的护理学本科生道德勇气培训方案,并了解其应用效果,为道德勇气培养相关研究提供参考。方法:选取即将实习的在校本科护理学专业学生作为研究对象,采取抽签法进行分组。试验组采用基于赋权理论的护理学本科生道德勇气培训方案进行干预,对照组采取常规讲授式授课方式进行干预,比较两组的道德勇气培训效果。结果:培训后,试验组道德勇气得分(72.37 ± 10.98)分,对照组道德勇气得分(66.84 ± 10.23)分,两组差异具有统计学意义(t = −2.780, P < 0.01)。结论:基于赋权的道德勇气培训方案能有效提升护理学专业本科生道德勇气及道德操守、良好照护承诺、同情心及真正与患者同在维度的表现,该培训方案能够为道德勇气培养相关研究提供一定参考。
Abstract: Objective: Construct a training program for moral courage among undergraduate nursing students based on empowerment theory, and evaluate its application effects, thereby providing a reference for related research on moral courage cultivation. Methods: The study selected undergraduate nursing students about to embark on internships as research subjects, employing a lottery method for grouping. The experimental group underwent an intervention using a training program for moral courage among undergraduate nursing students, based on the empowerment theory, while the control group received conventional lecture-style instruction. The effectiveness of moral courage training between the two groups was then compared. Results: Following the training, the moral courage scores of the experimental group were 72.37 ± 10.98, while those of the control group were 66.84 ± 10.23. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = −2.780, P < 0.01). Conclusion: The empowerment-based moral courage training program has been demonstrated to effectively enhance the overall moral courage scores among nursing students, as well as their performance in dimensions such as moral integrity, commitment to good care, compassion and true presence and moral responsibility. This training program can serve as a valuable reference for research on the cultivation of moral courage in the field of nursing education.
