数字时代终身教育服务体系的电商化重构:逻辑、机制与路径

摘要: 数字技术驱动的经济社会变革,使得终身学习从个体发展理念演变为国家战略与全民需求。传统终身教育体系面临资源分散、供给僵化、响应迟滞等结构性困境。与此同时,电子商务的平台化组织、数据化运营与多元化协同逻辑,为破解这些困境提供了全新的系统化解决方案。本文旨在深度解析电子商务与终身教育融合创新的内在逻辑与实践范式。研究表明,二者的融合并非简单嫁接,而是电子商务的核心逻辑对终身教育服务体系进行的深刻重塑。电子商务通过其平台化基础设施整合全域学习资源,构建统一市场;通过数据化智能引擎实现学习需求的精准洞察与个性化供给;通过多元化协同网络激发不同主体共同参与服务创新。这一融合进程正推动终身教育从传统的制度化供给模式,向以学习者为中心、需求驱动、市场配置的现代服务模式转型,为构建灵活、开放、高质量的全民终身学习体系提供了关键路径。
Abstract: The economic and social transformations driven by digital technologies have elevated lifelong learning from an individual development concept to a national strategy and a universal societal demand. Traditional lifelong education systems face structural challenges such as fragmented resources, inflexible supply, and slow responsiveness. Meanwhile, e-commerce’s platform-based organization, data-driven operations, and multi-stakeholder collaboration logic offer novel systemic solutions to these challenges. This paper aims to deeply analyze the intrinsic logic and practical paradigms of innovative integration between e-commerce and lifelong education. Research indicates that their convergence is not a simple grafting but a profound reshaping of lifelong education service systems by e-commerce’s core logic. E-commerce integrates learning resources across domains through its platform infrastructure, creating unified markets; it enables precise insights into learning needs and personalized supply via data-driven intelligent engines; and it stimulates collaborative service innovation among diverse stakeholders through multi-dimensional networks. This convergence is propelling lifelong education from traditional institutional supply models toward modern service paradigms centered on learners, driven by demand, and guided by market allocation. It provides a critical pathway for building flexible, open, and high-quality lifelong learning systems for all citizens.
