基于OBE理念对高职院校社会体育专业羽毛球课程教学改革研究

摘要: 本文根据OBE理念(成果导向教育模式),对当前高职院校社会体育专业羽毛球课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法的应用以及课程评价体系建设等方面所存在的一些问题进行探讨,并提出相应的解决对策。研究表明,高职院校羽毛球课程应建立多层次的课程目标体系,丰富课程内容,增加实训课比例,采取情境对抗、项目教学法、线上线下相结合的教学方法等多种教学方式,建立多元化的考核机制来提高学生的就业能力和社会体育胜任力;同时,高职院校还需要注重教师队伍建设、建设信息化教学资源平台、加大产教融合力度,才能保证教学改革的有效开展。本研究对OBE理念应用于体育教学进行了扩展,可以为高职院校的社会体育课改提供实践依据,对体育教学改革及人才的培养有着积极意义。
Abstract: Based on the concept of OBE, this paper analyzes the problems that exist in the current badminton course of the higher vocational colleges’ social sports major from the perspective of teaching goals, teaching content, teaching method, and establishment of assessment system, and puts forward specific reform measures. The research results show that at the higher vocational colleges, the badminton courses should build up the hierarchy of course goal system, improve curriculum content, strengthen applied instruction, and adopt new pedagogical approaches like flipped classrooms, project-based education, blended learning, and establishing a multidimensional evaluation system for improving the professional qualities of students and their ability to adapt to social sports. In addition, higher vocational colleges should further strengthen teacher training, develop digital teaching resource libraries, and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation in order to promote the sustainable development of teaching reforms. This research can further expand the connotation of the OBE idea in PE, which gives some reference ideas on how to improve the construction level of social sports courses in vocational colleges, offering significant value for physical education reform and talent development.
