鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射联合五禽戏治疗肩周炎的临床观察

摘要: 目的:评估鹿瓜多肽注射液关节腔注射结合五禽戏功能锻炼对肩周炎治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取80例被确诊为肩周炎的患者,年龄30~75岁,病程1~6个月。采用Excel随机表格法将其分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组给予鹿瓜多肽注射液关节腔注射(1周一次),再联合五禽戏功能锻炼(每天5组),治疗4周;对照组使用痛点阻滞治疗方式。观察治疗前后患者VAS评分、CMS评分、MRI情况以及炎症因子空腹水平。结果显示治疗组患者治疗后VAS评分、CMS评分、MRI情况以及炎症因子空腹水平均高于对照组(p均<0.05);结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液关节腔注射联合五禽戏功能锻炼治疗肩周炎创伤小,疗效明显。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection in conjunction with Wuqinxi functional exercises for the treatment of frozen shoulder. Methods: A total of eighty patients diagnosed with frozen shoulder, aged 30~75 years with disease duration of 1~6 months, were randomly assigned to either the treatment group or the control group using an Excel-generated random number table. The treatment group received intra-articular injection of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection (once weekly) combined with Wuqinxi functional training (5 sets daily) for 4 weeks, while the control group was treated with pain point block therapy. VAS score, CMS score, MRI condition, and fasting level of inflammatory factors were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the VAS score, CMS score, MRI findings, and fasting inflammatory factor levels in the treatment group showed significant improvement compared to those in the control group (all p < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of intra-articular injection of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and Wuqinxi functional exercise has little trauma and a significant effect in the treatment of frozen shoulder.
