Correlation Analysis between the Severity of Cancer-Related Anemia and C-Reactive Protein (CRP) Levels
摘要: 目的:探讨肿瘤患者贫血严重程度与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的关系。方法:回顾性分析共纳入69例肿瘤患者,将其分为无贫血组(35例)、轻度贫血组(24例)及中度及以上贫血组(10例)。采用Kruskal-Wallis H检验及Bonferroni校正后的Mann-Whitney U检验比较组间CRP差异,并用Spearman相关分析其关联性。结果:三组间CRP水平差异显著(H = 23.598, P < 0.001)。无贫血组CRP显著低于两个贫血组(均P < 0.05),而轻度与中重度贫血组间无统计学差异(P = 0.108)。CRP与Hb呈负相关(r = −0.515, P < 0.001)。结论:CRP升高与肿瘤性贫血严重程度密切相关,且其显著变化主要集中于贫血发生的早期阶段。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between the severity of anemia and serum C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in tumor patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 69 tumor patients, who were divided into three groups: non-anemia group (35 cases), mild anemia group (24 cases), and moderate-to-severe anemia group (10 cases). The Kruskal-Wallis H test and Mann-Whitney U test with Bonferroni correction were used to compare CRP differences among the groups, and Spearman correlation analysis was conducted to evaluate the correlation among variables. Results: There were significant differences in CRP levels among the three groups (H = 23.598, P < 0.001). The CRP level in the non-anemia group was significantly lower than those in the two anemia groups (all P < 0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference between the mild anemia group and the moderate-to-severe anemia group (P = 0.108). CRP was negatively correlated with hemoglobin (Hb) (r = −0.515, P < 0.001). Conclusion: Elevated CRP is closely related to the severity of tumor-related anemia, and the significant changes in CRP mainly occur in the early stage of anemia development.
