Meta-Analysis of Factors Influencing Frailty in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

摘要: 本文通过系统检索与Meta分析，综合评估19篇中英文文献，探讨老年糖尿病患者衰弱的影响因素。结果显示，年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、合并慢性病、多重用药、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、25羟基维生素D3 (25(OH)D3)、白蛋白、营养状况、握力、日常生活能力、规律运动、抑郁、睡眠及认知功能均与衰弱显著相关(P < 0.05)。这些因素相互作用，形成复杂网络，加剧衰弱进程，并显著增加住院风险、功能障碍及全因死亡率。本综述旨在为临床实践提供精准干预策略，并为公共卫生政策制定提供科学依据。

Abstract: This article conducts a systematic search and meta-analysis to comprehensively evaluate 19 Chinese and English-language studies and explore the factors influencing frailty in elderly diabetic patients. The results show that age, gender, duration of diabetes, co-existing chronic diseases, polypharmacy, hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25(OH)D3), albumin, nutritional status, grip strength, daily living abilities, regular exercise, depression, sleep, and cognitive function are all significantly associated with frailty (P < 0.05). These factors interact to form a complex network, exacerbating the progression of frailty and significantly increasing the risk of hospitalization, functional impairment, and overall mortality. This review aims to provide precise intervention strategies for clinical practice and provide scientific evidence for the formulation of public health policies.
