跨境电商背景下农产品出口提升路径研究
Research on the Optimization Paths of Agricultural Product Exports in the Context of Cross-Border E-Commerce
摘要: 在数字经济深入发展的背景下,跨境电商已成为推动农产品出口转型升级、重塑国际贸易竞争优势的重要引擎。然而,受制于传统外贸模式的路径依赖及农产品自身的鲜活特性,当前农产品跨境出海仍面临严峻挑战。本文基于跨境电商视域,深入剖析了农产品出口面临的现实困境。针对问题,本文提出了跨境电商背景下农产品出口提升路径。转变营销思维,利用海外社交媒体与DTC独立站讲好“原产地故事”,实现从卖原料向卖品牌的价值链跃升;构建全程冷链物流体系,并利用RCEP政策红利提升通关便利化水平;建立汇率风险预警机制,并引入多元化数字支付手段以优化资金周转效率。本文旨在为破解农产品出口瓶颈、实现农业外贸的高质量发展提供对策建议与实践参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deepening development of the digital economy, cross-border e-commerce has become a significant engine for promoting the transformation and upgrading of agricultural exports and reshaping the competitive advantages of international trade. However, constrained by the path dependence of traditional foreign trade models and the perishability of agricultural products, current agricultural exports still face severe challenges. Based on the perspective of cross-border e-commerce, this paper deeply analyzes the practical dilemmas facing agricultural exports. In response to the issues, his paper proposes optimization paths for agricultural exports under the context of cross-border e-commerce. It involves shifting marketing strategies, leveraging overseas social media and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) independent sites to narrate compelling “origin stories”, thereby achieving a value chain upgrade from selling raw materials to selling brands. Additionally, it focuses on establishing a comprehensive cold chain logistics system and utilizing the benefits of the RCEP policy to improve customs clearance efficiency. Furthermore, it emphasizes the establishment of an exchange rate risk warning mechanism and the introduction of diversified digital payment methods to optimize capital turnover efficiency. This paper aims to provide countermeasures and practical references for breaking the bottlenecks of agricultural exports and realizing the high-quality development of agricultural foreign trade.
