前瞻性养护在心电监护仪维保工作中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Proactive Maintenance in the Maintenance of Electrocardiogram (ECG) Monitors
摘要: 目的:探讨前瞻性养护措施应用于心电监护仪维护保养的效果。方法:选取2023年2月~2024年3月的100台心电监护仪,随机分为观察组和对照组各50台。对照组采用常规设备维护方法,观察组实施前瞻性养护措施,观察并记录两组心电监护仪的故障发生率、维修成本、设备运行质量评分以及设备使用效率等指标。结果:观察组的故障发生率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05),维修成本明显减少(P < 0.05),设备运行质量评分在各项指标上均高于对照组(P < 0.05),设备使用效率也得到提升(P < 0.05)。结论:前瞻性养护措施能有效降低心电监护仪的故障发生率,减少维修成本,提高设备运行质量和使用效率,值得推广。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of proactive maintenance measures on the maintenance of ECG monitors. Methods: 100 ECG monitors collected from February 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 monitors in each group. The control group received routine equipment maintenance, while the observation group received proactive maintenance measures. The failure rate, maintenance cost, equipment operation quality score, and equipment utilization efficiency of the ECG monitors in both groups were observed and recorded. Results: The failure rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the maintenance cost was significantly reduced (P < 0.05), the equipment operation quality score was higher in all indicators than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the equipment utilization efficiency was also improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Proactive maintenance measures can effectively reduce the failure rate of ECG monitors, reduce maintenance costs, and improve equipment operation quality and utilization efficiency, and are worthy of promotion.
