亚低温联合鼠神经生长因子对新生儿轻度缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效分析
Spinal Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Hypothermia Combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in Neonates with Mild Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy
摘要: 目的:本研究旨在探讨亚低温联合鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿轻度缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月至2025年9月安徽医科大学第四附属医院收治的84例轻度HIE新生儿作为研究对象,依据治疗方案分为联合组与对照组,各42例。两组均接受常规基础治疗,在此基础上,联合组予以亚低温联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,对照组则单独予以鼠神经生长因子治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、治疗前后新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分的变化及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果:联合组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的NBNA评分均较治疗前显著升高,且联合组的评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗期间,两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:这些结果提示亚低温联合鼠神经生长因子治疗可能为轻度缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿提供神经保护作用,且安全性良好,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Abstract: Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the clinical outcomes of combining hypothermia with mouse nerve growth factor in the management of neonates with mild hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: Eighty-four neonates diagnosed with mild HIE at The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University between September 2020 and September 2025 were enrolled. They were assigned to two groups (n = 42 each) based on treatment regimen: a combination therapy group and a control group. All participants received standard supportive care. The combination group underwent hypothermia treatment in addition to mouse nerve growth factor administration, while the control group received mouse nerve growth factor alone. The primary measures compared between the two groups included clinical effectiveness, changes in Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment (NBNA) scores before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse events during therapy. Results: The overall clinical response rate was significantly higher in the combination group compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Post-treatment NBNA scores increased significantly from baseline in both groups, with the combination group demonstrating significantly superior scores to the control group. (P < 0.05). No statistically significant difference was observed in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period (P > 0.05). Conclusion: These findings indicate that the combination of hypothermia and mouse nerve growth factor may offer neuroprotective benefits for neonates with mild HIE, demonstrating acceptable safety with considerable potential for clinical application.
