摘要: 本综述聚焦儿童癫痫患者的健康相关生活质量，简要梳理了常用的评估工具、主要影响因素与干预策略。研究表明，发作频率、发作类型、癫痫综合征、病程与起病年龄，以及情绪行为共病、睡眠问题、家庭资源与社会支持等，均显著影响健康相关生活质量。干预应超越单纯控癫，采取优化药物以减少副作用、对难治性病例尽早外科评估、实施系统化护理与家庭为中心的支持，并结合体育与心理社会干预的多层次策略。未来需加强量表本土化与纵向随访，并开展整合生物–心理–社会干预的高质量试验以指导临床与公共卫生决策。
Abstract: This review examines Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) in children with epilepsy, outlining commonly used assessment tools, key determinants, and intervention strategies. Evidence indicates that HRQoL is significantly influenced by clinical factors—such as seizure frequency, type, syndrome, duration, and age at onset—as well as emotional-behavioral comorbidities, sleep disturbances, family resources, and social support. Interventions should transcend clinical seizure control by adopting multimodal strategies, including medication optimization to minimize side effects, early surgical evaluation for drug-resistant cases, systematic care, family-centered support, and the integration of physical and psychosocial interventions. Future research should prioritize the cross-cultural adaptation of assessment scales, longitudinal follow-up studies, and high-quality trials evaluating bio-psycho-social interventions to better inform clinical and public health decision-making.
