The Application Value of Ultrasound Quality Control Management in Missed Ultrasound Diagnoses in Health Medical Centers

摘要: 目的：探讨健康医学中心超声质控管理在超声漏诊中的应用价值。方法：现统计我院2023年及2024年体检中相同部位超声结论阴性而CT结论阳性共1149个病例，在2024年的体检超声质控内容中增加了对于上述病例情况的超声复查及分析与处理，从而提高超声漏诊病例的发现率。结论：增加此质控条例后，2024年提高了超声漏诊的发现率，并及时修改错误报告，故该体检超声质控条例行之有效。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application value of ultrasound quality control management in missed ultrasound diagnoses in health medical centers. Method: We have now compiled statistics on 1149 cases in which ultrasound conclusions were negative, while CT conclusions were positive for the same body parts in physical examinations conducted in our hospital in 2023 and 2024. In the ultrasound quality control content of the 2024 physical examinations, ultrasound reexamination, analysis, and treatment for the aforementioned cases have been added, thereby improving the detection rate of missed ultrasound diagnoses. Conclusion: After adding this quality control regulation, the detection rate of missed ultrasound diagnoses increased in 2024, and erroneous reports were promptly corrected. Therefore, the ultrasound quality control regulation for physical examinations is effective.
