针刺治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的临床研究 进展

Clinical Research Progress on Acupuncture Treatment of Myotenositis of Long Head of Biceps Brachii

摘要: 肱二头肌长头肌腱炎(myotenositis of long head of biceps brachii, LHBB)是引起肩部疼痛与功能障碍的常见疾病，属中医学“痹证”“肩痹”等范畴。针刺在该病的治疗中可有效缓解疼痛、改善关节活动度、促进肌力恢复，并具有操作简便、不良反应少等优势。通过梳理近年相关临床研究，系统总结了多种针刺疗法的作用机制与临床疗效，以期为临床实践提供参考，并为后续深入研究奠定基础。

Abstract: Myotenositis of long head of biceps brachii (LHBB) is a common disease causing shoulder pain and dysfunction, which belongs to the category of “bi syndrome” and “shoulder bi” in TCM. Acupuncture can effectively relieve pain, improve the range of motion of joints, promote muscle strength recovery in treating this disease and has the advantages of simple operation and few adverse reactions. By sorting out the relevant clinical studies in recent years, the mechanism and clinical efficacy of various acupuncture therapies are systematically summarized, so as to provide a reference for clinical practice and lay a foundation for further research.
