学校氛围与中学生学校适应的关系:自尊的中介作用
School Climate and School Adjustment: The Mediating Role of Self-Esteem
摘要: 目的:探究学校氛围、自尊和中学生学校适应三者之间的关系以及自尊在学校氛围与学校适应之间的中介作用。方法:采用随机取样的方法选取330名中学生,使用《感知学校氛围量表》《自尊量表》(SES)、《广泛性焦虑量表》(GAD-7)、《病人健康问卷抑郁量表》《长处和困难问卷》进行线下施测,使用SPSS回归分析、Bootstrap检验以及Amos建构结构方程模型对自尊的中介作用进行检验。结果:(1) 学校氛围与中学生学校适应(p < 0.001)和自尊(p < 0.001)之间呈显著正相关,自尊和学校适应之间呈显著正相关(p < 0.001);(2) 自尊在学校氛围与学校适应之间起中介作用。结论:学校氛围能够显著影响中学生的学校适应,自尊在其中起中介作用。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the relations between school climate and school adjustment, as well as the mediating role of self-esteem. Methods: A total of 330 middle school students are selected by random sampling, assessed with the Perceived School Climate Scale, Self-esteem Scale (SES), Generalized Anxiety Scale (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ), Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). The SPSS regression analysis, Bootstrap test and Amos are used to test the mediating effect of self-esteem. Results: (1) School climate is positively correlated with school adjustment (p < 0.001) and self-esteem (p < 0.001). Self-esteem is positively correlated with school adjustment (p < 0.001); (2) Self-esteem plays a mediating role between school climate and school adjustment. Conclusion: School climate can significantly affect the school adjustment of middle school students and self-esteem plays a mediating role.
