Exploration of Teaching Reform in Management Courses at Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities under the OBE Concept

摘要: 本文基于OBE理念，探索应用型本科高校管理学课程教学改革路径。首先阐释了OBE理念的核心内涵及其与管理学课程培养实践能力的适配性。随后，深入剖析当前高校《管理学》课程教学现状，识别《管理学》课程教学模式及其存在的问题。最后，提出以下改革措施：课程目标对接行业需求反向设计；教学内容重分为通识、单项技能与综合实践三大板块；推行线上线下混合教学模式；构建多元综合评价体系；并通过校企协同强化“双师型”师资队伍建设。本研究旨在推动管理学教学从“知识传授”向“能力培养”实质性转变，为应用型高校管理学及相关课程改革提供系统性、可操作的参考范式。

Abstract: Based on the OBE concept, this paper explores the teaching reform path of management courses in application-oriented undergraduate universities. Firstly, it explains the core connotation of the OBE concept and its compatibility with cultivating practical abilities in management courses. Subsequently, it analyzes the current teaching status of “Management” courses in universities, identifying the existing teaching models and their problems. Finally, the following reform measures are proposed: aligning course objectives with industry needs through backward design; restructuring teaching content into three modules—general knowledge, individual skills, and comprehensive practice; implementing a blended online and offline teaching model; constructing a diversified comprehensive evaluation system; and strengthening the development of a “dual-qualified” teaching team through industry-university collaboration. This study aims to promote a substantial shift in management teaching from “knowledge transmission” to “ability cultivation”, providing a systematic and operable reference framework for the reform of management and related courses in application-oriented universities.
