摘要: 随着中拉合作不断持续深化，培养既熟练掌握西班牙语、又兼具专业知识与实操技能的复合型外语人才成为一个重要的时代命题。本文立足国家战略，基于对西语复合型人才的需求分析，总结了目前国内高校西班牙语人才的培养现状和遇到的挑战，并在借鉴其他高校先进做法的基础上，对培养西语复合型人才的培养路径进行了探索。研究旨在推动中拉合作高质量发展，助力高校更好地对接国家战略需求，培育出契合中拉合作实际的复合型外语人才。

Abstract: With the increasing deepening of China-LAC cooperation, cultivating interdisciplinary foreign language talents who are proficient in Spanish with professional knowledge and practical skills as well has become an important topic of this era. Aligning with the national strategy, this paper, based on the demand analysis of interdisciplinary Spanish talents, summarizes the current cultivation problems and challenges in domestic universities. Learning from the advanced practices of some universities, this paper explores the cultivation path of interdisciplinary Spanish talents. The research aims to promote the high-quality development of China-LAC cooperation, and help universities cultivate interdisciplinary foreign language talents that are in line with the reality of China-LAC cooperation so as to meet the needs of national strategies better.
