基于新工科的高校大学生实习过程管理与质量提升探索

Exploration of Internship Process Management and Quality Enhancement for College Students in the Context of Emerging Engineering Education

摘要: 高校大学生实习作为理论知识与工程实践相融合的关键纽带，是新工科背景下高校人才培养模式改革的核心发力点，也为培育跨学科复合型工程人才提供了重要路径。本文阐述了高校大学生实习过程管理中存在的校企协同深度不足、实习目标定位模糊、质量保障体系不健全等问题，并针对性地从推进产教深度融合、创新实习模式、健全实习质量保障体系三方面提出了具体实施策略，以期提高大学生实习质量，为培养具有创新能力和实践能力的高素质新工科人才奠定基础。

Abstract: As a crucial link between theoretical knowledge and engineering practice, internship for college students serve as a core driving force in reforming talent cultivation models under the context of emerging engineering education. They also provide a significant pathway for nurturing interdisciplinary and composite engineering talents. This paper elaborated on the problems in the internship process management for college students, such as insufficient depth in university-enterprise collaboration, ambiguous internship objectives, and inadequate quality assurance systems. In response, specific implementation strategies were proposed from three aspects: advancing the deep integration of industry and education, innovating internship models, and improving internship quality assurance systems. These strategies aimed to enhance the quality of internship for college students and lay a foundation for cultivating high-quality emerging engineering talents with innovation and practical capabilities.
