本土菌种研发视域下食品微生物学课程思政教学实践——以肠道微生态为例
Teaching Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Food Microbiology Course from the Perspective of Indigenous Strain R&D—Taking the Intestinal Microecology as an Example

摘要: 新时代高等教育倡导知识传授、能力培养与价值引领有机统一,为优化工科专业思政与专业内容融合不足的问题,本文以成果导向教育(outcomes-based education, OBE)理念为核心,开展了《食品微生物学》课程思政教学实践,对其课程思政资源进行分析。以“肠道微生态”模块为典型案例,从教学目标、学情分析、课堂组织等过程论述教学案例的实施过程,并对教学效果进行反思。本文基于地域特色与课程优势打造的思政育人体系,可以有效提升学生专业应用能力与家国责任意识,为培养复合型食品工程人才提供支撑,也为同类课程思政改革提供了可复制的实践范式。
Abstract: In the new era, higher education advocates the organic unity of knowledge impartment, competence development, and value guidance. To address the issue of insufficient integration between ideological and political education and specialized content in engineering disciplines, this paper centers on the outcomes-based education (OBE) philosophy, conducts a practical exploration of ideological and political education in the “Food Microbiology” course, and analyzes its related ideological and political educational resources. Taking the “Intestinal Microecology” module as a typical case, this paper elaborates on the implementation process of the teaching case from aspects such as teaching objectives, student analysis, and classroom organization, followed by a reflection on its teaching effectiveness. The ideological and political education system constructed in this paper based on regional characteristics and curriculum advantages can effectively enhance students’ professional application capabilities and sense of family and country responsibility. It provides support for cultivating compound food engineering talents and serves as a replicable practical paradigm for the ideological and political reform of similar courses.
