新文科背景下智能财务人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Intelligent Financial Talents under the Background of New Liberal Arts

摘要: 数字经济时代，传统财会教学因人才培养与经济社会需求脱节、课程设置不合理等问题亟需改革。在“新文科”建设背景下，财会专业需通过“跨界融合”推进课程体系变革，实现智能财务人才培养模式创新。本文章立足新时代人才需求、数字经济发展、新文科建设三大背景，系统梳理智能财务人才培养的研究现状，剖析现有模式在培养目标、师资、课程、实践等方面的不足，进而提出“三元协同教学 + 跨学科课程重构 + 数智化实训赋能”的创新培养模式，为数字经济时代智能财务人才培养提供理论参考与实践路径。

Abstract: In the era of digital economy, traditional financial accounting teaching is in urgent need of reform due to problems such as the disconnection between talent training and economic and social needs, and unreasonable curriculum settings. Under the background of “New Liberal Arts” construction, financial accounting majors need to promote curriculum system reform through “interdisciplinary integration” to realize the innovation of intelligent financial talent training mode. Based on three major backgrounds: the talent demand in the new era, the development of digital economy, and the construction of New Liberal Arts, this paper systematically sorts out the research status of intelligent financial talent training, analyzes the deficiencies of existing modes in training objectives, teachers, courses, practice and other aspects, and then proposes an innovative training mode of “triple synergy teaching + interdisciplinary curriculum reconstruction + digital intelligence training empowerment”. It provides theoretical reference and practical paths for the training of intelligent financial talents in the digital economy era.
