摘要: 回顾分析一例中西医结合治疗下肢静脉血栓并血小板减少的临床资料，结合相关文献探讨其治疗经验，中西医结合治疗可以有效地在抗凝的同时预防出血，极大提高患者的治愈率和生活质量。现举医案1例，以飨同道。
Abstract: This article reviews and analyzes the clinical management of a patient with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) complicated by thrombocytopenia treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Relevant literature is also discussed to summarize therapeutic insights. The study indicates that integrated treatment can effectively achieve anticoagulation while minimizing bleeding risk, significantly improving the patient’s cure rate and quality of life. One representative case is presented here for clinical reference.
